PkShop started with a fairly simple frustration — finding good, genuine products online in Pakistan shouldn't feel like a gamble every time. Too many stores either stock whatever's cheapest or make promises about "imported" products that don't quite hold up once the package actually arrives. We wanted to build something different, even if that meant growing a bit slower than we could have otherwise.

Today, PkShop carries a wide mix of products, from everyday electronics and fashion pieces to home essentials, beauty items, and supplements people actually reorder on their own. We don't try to be everything to everyone. Instead, we focus on categories where we can genuinely vouch for what we're selling, and we'd rather leave a product off the site than list something we're not confident in.

Most of our customers order the same way — they browse, they decide, and they pay on delivery, because that's still how a lot of people in Pakistan prefer to shop, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. We ship to cities and smaller towns alike, and our team handles more of the day-to-day questions personally than you'd expect from an online store this size.

We're still learning what our customers want more of, and that's honestly part of the process.
